As a Licensed Esthetician at our spa, you will be responsible for delivering results-driven skincare services, recommending retail products, and providing an exceptional client experience. You are an expert in skin health, passionate about continued education, and thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with providers, front desk, and management to ensure seamless care and consistent outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities Perform professional, customized skincare services including but not limited to facials, peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skin treatments per company protocols. Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for new and returning clients. Maintain detailed client notes and treatment records using EMR system. Recommend home care products aligned with treatment plans and educate clients on skincare routines. Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business through education, trust, and follow-up. Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience from check-in to check-out. Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with state board standards. Stay up to date on product knowledge, treatment advancements, and industry trends. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, promotional events, and marketing initiatives. Assist with retail merchandising and maintaining an organized esthetics area. QualificationsValid esthetician's license in the state of FloridaMinimum 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience preferred, though new grads with strong foundational skills will be considered.

Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Face Reality, Peels, Facial Massage Sculpting and/or Hydrafacial is preferred Proficient in performing corrective skincare treatments. Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and contraindications. Excellent communication and client education skills. Comfortable with retail product sales and achieving performance goals. High attention to detail and strong time management. Team player with a positive, client-first attitude.
