for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales Engage in social media management by showcasing treatments and client transformations to attract new guests Assist with retail product demos and upselling to enhance client experience and salon revenue Support front desk operations including guest check-in/out, appointment booking, and answering inquiries Experience Valid esthetician license with specialization in eyelash extensions and waxing procedures Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetic treatments and client communication Knowledge of management systems such as Millennium or similar salon software is preferred Familiarity with Med spa procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and injection administration is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and ensure their comfort Experience with social media management for marketing or promotional purposes is advantageous Background in hair styling, threading, makeup application, or barbering enhances versatility in service offerings Ability to educate clients on skincare products and aesthetic treatments effectively Excellent sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to ensure client safety Join us to elevate your esthetic career while helping clients look and feel their best!
