Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Med Spa. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, provide excellent customer service and manage scheduling, client profiles, and daily front desk operations using Vagaro . Esthetician license or laser certifications is a plus. Candidates with med spa experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere Answer phone, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings. Manage Vagaro scheduling, client profiles, notes, and forms. Follow up phone calls to check on clients Handle client check-in and check-out processes efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and reception area. Support promotions, memberships, and packages Coordinate with aestheticians or laser technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Manage guest inquiries via phone calls, emails, or social media platforms Skills Vagaro experience strongly preferred (scheduling, client profiles, notes, and checkout) Front desk or receptionist experience (spa, salon, or medical office preferred) Strong communication skills and a calm, professional attitude. Able to multitask and stay organized during busy times. Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols in a med spa environment. Florida Esthetician license Laser certification

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
