Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other approved procedures Assist providers with cosmetic consultations and treatment plans Educate patients on product selection, skincare routines, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate treatment documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols Uphold strict sanitation, infection control, and safety standards Support cosmetic events, open houses, and marketing initiatives Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and professionalism Qualifications Active Florida Aesthetician License required Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dermatology, cosmetic, or medical spa environment preferred Familiarity with medical-grade skincare products and treatments Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented clinical environment Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a passion for aesthetics and skin health Why Join Us?
