Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to provide exceptional skincare and aesthetic services while delivering an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skincare, anti-aging treatments, and medical aesthetics and wellness-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional facial services, peels, and customized skincare treatments Perform thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans Educate clients on proper skincare routines, treatments, and product usage Recommend retail skincare products and spa memberships based on client needs Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust and results
Qualifications:
Active and valid Esthetician license required Previous experience providing facials and skincare services preferred Strong knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and client-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury spa environment
