Job Description Lead Aesthetician — Riverview, FL Ozeina Longevity & Medspa is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Lead Aesthetician to help guide our growing Riverview location. This role is ideal for a licensed aesthetician who combines strong clinical skill with a genuine ability to educate clients, build trust, and convert consultations into treatment plans and packages. As Lead Aesthetician, you'll perform advanced treatments, mentor other team members, and play a key role in driving the studio's revenue through consultative selling — not pushy sales tactics, but real client education that leads to results-driven treatment plans.

Ozeina Longevity & Medspa is a premier medical spa located at 10575 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr, Riverview, FL, offering a comprehensive suite of aesthetic and wellness services including body contouring, laser treatments, skin renewal, injectables, IV therapy, and physician-guided weight loss and peptide programs. We are a fast-growing, physician-directed practice focused on delivering real, measurable results with a premium client experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including but not limited to RF microneedling, RF face & neck tightening, chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, cryo fat freezing, and laser body contouring. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess goals, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and clearly explain expected outcomes, timelines, and pricing. Confidently present and sell treatment packages, series, and memberships — converting single-visit clients into long-term package holders. Meet and exceed individual monthly sales and retention targets for packages, series, and add-on services. Build genuine client relationships that drive repeat visits, referrals, and positive reviews. Maintain detailed, compliant treatment records and before/after documentation. Ensure all treatments are performed within scope of practice and under Medical Director standing protocols. Mentor and support other aesthetician/injector staff on technique, client communication, and upselling best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room; monitor and communicate product/supply needs. Stay current on new treatments, technology, and techniques relevant to the medspa industry.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active Florida Aesthetician License (required). 2+ years of hands-on aesthetician experience, ideally in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting. Proven experience selling treatment packages, memberships, or retail — you're comfortable discussing pricing and closing a sale, not just performing a service. Experience with laser hair removal, RF/microneedling devices, and body contouring equipment strongly preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, consultative sales style — clients should feel educated and confident, never pressured. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within medical protocols and documentation standards. A team-first attitude with the ability to mentor newer staff.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Competitive hourly base rate, commensurate with experience. Commission structure on self-sold services, packages, and retail — details discussed at offer stage. Full-time position; schedule includes availability for some evenings/Saturdays to accommodate client demand. Opportunity for growth into a broader leadership/training role as the practice expands.
