Licensed Esthetician / Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a talented and personable Licensed Esthetician / Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our premier recovery and wellness center. This role combines expert esthetic services with a passion for sales and customer engagement, providing guests with exceptional skincare treatments and service recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, experience with advanced skincare procedures, and excellent communication abilities. A background in cosmetology, med spa treatments, and retail sales is highly desirable. Responsibilities Effectively perform esthetic and recovery services while delivering exceptional guest care Educate guests on treatment benefits, service plans, and package options Collaborate with RNs, center manager, and teammates to support client outcomes Help drive sales through consultations, social media engagement, and community events Maintain a professional, clean, and safe treatment environment Stay up to date on industry trends and complete required iCRYO training exams

Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician License Availability:

25-35 hrs/week,including evenings & weekends High-energy, guest-focused personality with strong communication skills Proven experience in esthetics, spa, or wellness environment Comfortable with sales goals and building long-term client relationships Tech-savvy (POS, Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, social media content creation) Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and maintain cleanliness standards
