We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Medical Aesthetician with an Electrolysis License to join our new St. Petersburg location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, confident in sales and client education, highly professional, and excited to grow with our brand. Services & Treatments Offered Customized Facials Hydro Oxygen Facials Laser Hair Removal Chemical Peels Microneedling with Radio Frequency PRP and Exosomes Microneedling Treatments IPL Photofacials Medical-Grade Skincare Retail Products including Obagi, SkinBetter, Alastin, NeoCutis and Collagen Drops Qualifications & Requirements Current Florida Esthetician License in good standing Current Florida Electrolysis License in good standing Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic environment preferred Strong sales and client consultation skills with the ability to confidently recommend and upsell services and skincare products Ability to follow Facial Mania Med Spa protocols and treatment standards Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to continue learning and stay current on new treatments, products, and industry trends What We're Looking For Positive and professional attitude Team-oriented mindset Reliable, dependable and ethical work habits Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and loves building long-term client relationships Join a company that values innovation, growth, and creating confidence through aesthetic care.
