Job Description

aOverview We are seeking a skilled and professional Aesthetic Injector to join our plastic surgery practice, serving patients on the Gulf Coast. This role is responsible for providing high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic eye, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and patient satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to create personalized treatment plans and help patients achieve their aesthetic goals in a welcoming, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injections, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, in a safe and effective manner Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history review and aesthetic assessment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare instructions Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant medical documentation for all patient encounters Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines Monitor patient outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver cohesive, high-quality patient care Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education and training Support practice growth through patient retention, education, and promotion of services Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized manner Qualifications Active and unrestricted license as a NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician's Assistant), or MD (Doctor of Medicine) in the State of Florida Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term patient relationships Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care Current BLS/CPR certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Professional demeanor and ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Preferred 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic injecting (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) Strong understanding of facial anatomy and esthetic principles Experience in a medial spa or aesthetic clinic Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with aesthetic trends and techniques Why Join Us Work in a respected, growing plastic surgery practice with a strong reputation for excellence Collaborative team environment with direct support from experienced physicians and providers Access to advanced technology, premium products, and the latest aesthetic techniques Opportunities for ongoing training, education, and professional development Opportunity to build and grow your personal aesthetic portfolio and clientele
