Job Description
We are a modern, growing beauty salon in Sarasota looking for a talented and motivated brow, lash, and waxing specialist to join our team that is Bilingual (English/Spanish). This is a commission-based position (50/50 split) with strong earning potential for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, provides excellent service, and is ready to grow with a busy salon. Services You'll Perform Eyebrow services (wax, shaping, lamination, tint) Eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume) Facial waxing (brows, lip, chin, full face) What We Provide Established salon with strong reputation (4.9 google rating) Existing client flow + marketing support Fully equipped workspace Reception support High-quality, modern salon environment Consistent opportunity to build clientele Compensation 50/50 commission split High earning potential based on performance Opportunity to grow income as clientele increases Tips are kept by technician.
