Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) South Tampa, FL | Part Time | 3-4 Days per

Hourly base + performance-based incentive opportunities A growing boutique plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in South Tampa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Aesthetic Injector to help grow its nonsurgical aesthetics program. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, highly skilled in cosmetic injectables, and excited about the opportunity to build and grow a loyal patient following . The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with an engaging personality, exceptional consultation skills, and an interest in actively promoting and growing the non-surgical aesthetics side of the practice. Key Responsibilities Perform a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to cosmetic injectable treatments (including neuromodulators and dermal fillers), lasers, and weight loss. Conduct consultations and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans Provide safe, natural-looking results grounded in a strong understanding of facial anatomy Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare Build strong, long-term patient relationships and encourage patient retention Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Actively participate in growing the aesthetics patient base through patient engagement, relationship-building, and professional marketing efforts Proactively market via social media content and maintain a professional presence that supports practice growth Collaborate with the physician and team to deliver a high-touch patient experience

• Occasional pre-op and post-op patient care, dressing changes, suture/staple removal, garment support, and assistance with in-office procedures Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectables required Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship-building skills Comfortable educating patients and recommending appropriate treatment plans Motivated to build and maintain a cosmetic patient base Professional, polished, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable participating in social media and practice marketing initiatives Experience with laser treatments preferred Prior plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or aesthetic medicine experience required Current BLS/ACLS and other applicable credentials as required Schedule This position is expected to be 3-4 days per week Office hours are typically 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Why Join Us?
