NÜDE Laser Hair Removal & Aesthetics NÜDE Laser Hair Removal & Aesthetics is seeking a talented, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Facial Esthetician to join our growing team. This is a commission-based opportunity for an esthetician looking to build and grow their clientele in a supportive, boutique medical aesthetics environment. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience performing advanced facial treatments and a passion for delivering exceptional client results and customer service. Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments based on clients' skin concerns and goals. Perform DiamondGlow® facial treatments. Perform microneedling treatments using SkinPen®. Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare products, treatment recommendations, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate client treatment records and photos. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals. Assist with promoting services through social media and in-office events as needed. Responsible for building your book of business Qualifications Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License required. Minimum 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience preferred. Experience performing facials, DiamondGlow®, and SkinPen® microneedling required. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, professional, and dependable. Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
