Summary As a Massage Therapist at Glow Couture Day Spa, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with exceptional massage therapies tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering an optimal wellness experience in a tranquil and inviting environment. Responsibilities Perform various types of massage therapies, including deep tissue and relaxation techniques. Assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to hygiene standards. Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques. Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall client experience. Promote yourself on Social Media Requirements Valid massage therapy license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care. Ability to assess client needs effectively and provide tailored treatments. Experience in a med spa or luxury spa environment is preferred but not required.
