We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong passion for aesthetics and natural-looking results. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.), dermal fillers, and biostimulators with precision and efficiency Perform advanced aesthetic treatments using lasers and energy-based devices Experience with wellness services such as weight loss, hormone therapy, or peptides is a plus Develop customized treatment plans focused on facial balancing and comprehensive results Conduct thorough patient consultations and educate clients on procedures, expectations, and maintenance plans Build trust and long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and communication Recommend complementary aesthetic and wellness services when appropriate Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all clinical safety protocols Collaborate with the team to support growth, education, and patient satisfaction Qualifications Active Florida NP or PA license Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectable experience required Strong experience with: Neuromodulators Dermal fillers Biostimulators Cannula techniques Facial Balancing Experience with lasers or energy-based devices is a plus, but will train if necessary Excellent consultation, communication, and rapport-building skills Professional, personable, confident, outgoing, and client-focused demeanor Availability to work one Saturday per month Passion for continued growth within the aesthetics industry Continuous growth mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Performance-based incentives and earning potential Career growth opportunities with continuing education and collaboration with an industry leader Supportive, fun, and collaborative team culture Work with a respected aesthetics and wellness brand that values your clinical expertise and your personal growth Why Join Us?
