Vault of Beauty is a luxury aesthetics practice in West Palm Beach seeking a motivated, professional Licensed Esthetician and a qualified Laser Hair Removal Technician to join the practice on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident performing customized skincare services and laser hair removal, enjoys educating clients, and understands how to create a high-level client experience from consultation through follow-up. The provider will perform aesthetic and laser services within their legal scope of practice, training, and established treatment protocols. The position also includes client consultations, treatment planning, home-care recommendations, rebooking, package education, retail recommendations, treatment documentation, and maintaining a clean and professional treatment environment. Vault of Beauty provides the treatment space, professional equipment, treatment supplies, booking and payment systems, and marketing support. This is a performance-based position with opportunities to increase earnings through service production, package sales, retail sales, tips, and performance incentives.

Responsibilities Perform customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, and laser hair removal services within applicable licensure and training. Conduct thorough client consultations, review contraindications, establish treatment goals, and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Perform laser and light-based hair removal only in accordance with Florida licensing requirements, physician supervision, facility protocols, and documented device training. Provide a luxury, personalized, one-on-one client experience. Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre-care, post-care, maintenance, and realistic results. Recommend appropriate treatment packages and professional home-care products based on the client's needs. Rebook clients and encourage consistency with recommended treatment plans. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. Maintain accurate client charts, consent forms, treatment notes, photographs, and documentation. Follow sanitation, infection-control, laser-safety, and treatment-room protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment room before and after every appointment. Assist with before-and-after content and treatment education for Vault of Beauty's marketing when appropriate and with client consent. Follow up with clients when necessary after advanced treatments. Maintain knowledge of services, products, promotions, packages, and financing options. Support business growth through excellent service, client retention, referrals, reviews, retail recommendations, and ethical package sales. Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, communication, and reliability. Requirements Current Florida Facial Specialist registration or Florida cosmetology license permitting the applicant to perform applicable esthetic services. Florida requires facial specialists to be registered through DBPR; licensed cosmetologists do not need a separate facial-specialist registration. Current Florida Electrologist license with documentation showing eligibility to perform laser and light-based hair removal in Florida. Must be able to work under required physician supervision and established laser protocols for laser/light-based hair removal. Current licenses and credentials must be active and in good standing. Hands-on experience performing professional facials and/or laser hair removal preferred. Strong consultation and client-education skills necessary. Comfortable discussing packages, treatment plans, rebooking, making sales and professional skincare products. Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Professional, polished, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently. Comfortable taking before-and-after photographs and documenting treatments. Willingness to learn Vault of Beauty's treatment protocols, technology, products, and client-experience standards. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Availability for a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends as business demand requires.

$18.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
