We are seeking knowledgeable, professional, and dependable part-time instructors in the following areas: Massage Therapy Esthetics / Facial Specialty Electrology, Laser & Light-Based Hair Removal Candidates may apply to teach one or multiple programs based on their Florida licenses, credentials, training, and professional experience. Current, active Florida license/registration applicable to the instructional area, along with the education, training and professional experience required to qualify as an instructor. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required, we offer on the job paid training . We are especially interested in experienced industry professionals who enjoy mentoring others and would like the opportunity to help prepare the next generation of professionals in their field. Anticipated Start Date The anticipated first day of instruction is May 10, 2027 , subject to final regulatory approvals. Florida Aesthetics Institute is recruiting its instructional team in advance so selected candidates have time to complete required onboarding and instructor qualification documentation before classes begin. Instructor Opportunities & Qualifications Massage Therapy Instructor Current, active Florida Massage Therapist license Professional massage therapy experience Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy and physiology, sanitation, safety, ethics, and professional practices Ability to demonstrate and supervise hands-on massage techniques Esthetics / Facial Specialist Instructor Current Florida Facial Specialist registration or other applicable Florida credential Professional experience in esthetics and skincare Knowledge of facial treatments, skin analysis, hair removal, sanitation, infection control, client consultation, product knowledge, and professional practices Ability to demonstrate and supervise hands-on esthetics procedures Electrology & Laser Instructor Current Florida Electrologist license Appropriate education and training in electrology Appropriate training and qualifications in laser and light-based hair removal Hands-on professional experience preferred Strong knowledge of client assessment, treatment procedures, contraindications, sanitation, infection control, equipment operation, and treatment safety Responsibilities Instructors will provide classroom and/or hands-on practical and clinical instruction according to the school's curriculum. Responsibilities include demonstrating techniques and procedures, supervising student practice, evaluating student skills and competencies, maintaining attendance and instructional records, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a professional and safe learning environment. Instructors are expected to follow school policies and applicable Florida regulatory requirements. Schedule This is a part-time position with day and/or evening teaching opportunities. Class schedules will be established in advance. Applicants who are qualified to teach in more than one specialty are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation Starting at $25.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, professional experience, and the ability to teach more than one program.
Bonus Incentive:
Eligible for performance-based bonuses based on reliability, instructional quality, student engagement, and program success.
