Atlanta Eye Associates is seeking an energetic, friendly, and motivated Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an advanced medical eye care practice specializing in dry eye treatment, eyelid rejuvenation, and aesthetic procedures using cutting-edge technology. We are looking for someone who loves skincare, enjoys educating patients, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to help patients improve both comfort and appearance. Spanish speaking is a major plus. What You'll Do Perform aesthetic treatments such as: IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Radiofrequency skin tightening Microneedling Facial and skin rejuvenation treatments Educate patients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations Recommend skincare products and assist with retail sales Help promote aesthetic and dry eye services to increase patient awareness Maintain treatment rooms, devices, and work areas according to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols Assist the doctor with patient care and procedures as instructed Support the optical and front office team when needed Help maintain overall clinic cleanliness and organization Contact lens care What We're Looking For Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist (required) Experience in aesthetics, skincare, med spa, or laser treatments preferred Experience with IPL, radiofrequency, microneedling, or advanced facial treatments is a major plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable educating patients and recommending services/products Sales confidence with a patient-centered approach Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Charting and documentation Ability to multitask in a busy medical office including front desk Contact lens care - teaching Spanish bilingual preferred Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Medical office experience Knowledge of dry eye or ocular aesthetics Social media/content creation skills Before-and-after photography experience Why Join Us?
