A willingness to learn new techniques The ability to learn and perform all types of body waxing A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor The ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. A professional appearance at all times The ability to meet, maintain, and strive to over-achieve on goals. The ability to work a flexible schedule including at least 1 day shift, 1 night shift, and 1 weekend shift per week. A deep understanding of the esthetics industry in regards to guest retention and building strong, frequent client bases.
