- 56 (includes gratuity) Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60-70 min treatments Steady schedule with loyal guests & members W-2 position
- We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments Transparent Pay Structure
- based on experience Service Length Pay (incl. gratuity) Signature Facial 50 min $52
- 56 Advanced Facials/Exfoliation 40-60 min $57
- 61 Upgraded Treatments 70 min $62
- 66 Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments Average specialist gratuity: $20 included Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K
