Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): This role is ideal for someone excited to help grow an aesthetic service line within a physician-led practice rather than stepping into an already full schedule. Does this opportunity appeal to you? In a physician-led practice, how do you determine when a patient concern or reaction should be escalated to the physician rather than managed independently? Describe your experience treating aging skin, hormonally changing skin, or patients concerned with midlife skin changes such as dryness, laxity, uneven texture, or pigmentation. How would your patients describe your communication style? How would you help grow aesthetic patient demand in a physician-led practice? Are you comfortable being measured on performance metrics such as patient retention, treatment productivity, and patient experience? As patient demand grows, are you willing to expand your clinic schedule incrementally based on practice needs? What interests you most about working in a physician-led practice focused on women's health, aging skin, and menopause-related wellness? This position will begin on a limited part-time basis (initially one half-day to 1 full day per week), with additional clinic time added as patient demand grows. Are you comfortable with this ramp-up model?
