Position Overview:

Responsible for evaluating clients' skincare needs and then providing on-brand, effective, educational, safe, customized and enjoyable facials, thereby generating repeat clients and brand advocates. Also responsible for providing product recommendations to their clients to help them develop an effective at-home skincare regimen between Faced visits.

Schedule:

Evenings and Weekends required. Estheticians arrive 30 minutes prior to their shift start. Schedule is subject to change Monday OFF Tuesday OFF Wednesday 12:00pm-8:00pm Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm

Primary Duties:

Generate repeat clients and members Provide safe, effective, customized, on-brand, timely facials, following all Faced protocols Provide an educational experience for clients Create a relaxing, luxurious and tailored customer experience Create, update, and follow a customized treatment plan for each client Meet the highest sanitation standards Pursue ongoing education and stay on top of new industry findings Document work Follow-up with clients Maintain professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualifications and Characteristics:

1+ years of experience offering facials. More experience is a pro. Work experience with advanced facial massage techniques, light chemical peels, clean products, and electrical tools such as Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, LED, high frequency, skin scrubber etc. preferred Deep

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent sitting throughout the workday, with periods of walking and standing. The employee must be able to frequently use their hands, wrists, and fingers to perform detailed skincare services, operate treatment equipment, and handle small tools and products. The position requires frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and occasional kneeling. Employees may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. The employee must have sufficient visual ability to perform detailed services safely and sufficient hearing and communication ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. The position may involve exposure to skincare products, fragrances, cleaning products, and other salon/spa-related substances.
