Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetician Instructor to inspire and educate the next generation of beauty professionals. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive lessons on skincare, facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments. Conduct classroom instruction on anatomy, skin physiology, and esthetic laser treatments to deepen student understanding. Supervise students during practical sessions involving hair styling, hair coloring, hair extensions, threading, dermabrasion, and nail care to ensure safety and technique accuracy. Mentor students through personalized feedback and guidance on their progress in cosmetology skills such as massage therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and body treatments. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate current industry trends and techniques in esthetics and cosmetology. Support student success by fostering a positive learning environment and providing mentorship for career development within the beauty industry. Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance assessments, and skill mastery evaluations to ensure compliance with educational standards. Familiarize with GA State Board testing procedures. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, massage therapy, hair styling, coloring, threading, waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care. Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or cosmetology instruction is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to skin health and aesthetic procedures. Hands-on experience. Demonstrated ability to mentor students effectively while maintaining a lively and motivating teaching style. Must have extensive, first-hand knowledge and experience in proper hygiene, sanitation and safety practices. Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for adult learners in cosmetology or esthetics programs.
