We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about advanced skincare, genuinely enjoys helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals, and provides an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up care. Responsibilities Perform professional facial and advanced aesthetic treatments within Georgia scope-of-practice requirements Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare, treatment expectations, aftercare, and home-care regimens Recommend appropriate professional skincare products and services Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and before-and-after documentation Follow sanitation, infection-control, safety, and treatment protocols Build strong relationships with clients and encourage appropriate treatment follow-ups Collaborate with providers and other members of the BodyLab team Assist with promoting services, memberships, packages, and skincare products Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment room Qualifications Current Georgia Esthetician License in good standing Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or advanced aesthetics setting preferred Knowledge of professional skincare, chemical peels, facials, and advanced aesthetic treatments Strong consultation and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and treatment plans Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety What We Offer Competitive compensation Commission and/or performance incentives Employee discounts on services and products Continuing education and training opportunities Supportive, professional team environment Opportunity to grow with
