Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist, where your passion for skincare and beauty will inspire confidence and enhance our clients' natural beauty. In this vibrant role, you will deliver personalized aesthetic treatments, provide expert makeup application, and create memorable experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed and radiant. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals through a variety of spa services, advanced esthetic treatments, and professional product recommendations. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs. Deliver professional makeup applications for special occasions, photoshoots, or daily enhancement, ensuring each client's vision is realized with precision. Conduct body waxing and waxing services to provide smooth, flawless results while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Offer additional spa treatments such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, nail care, and other aesthetic services to create comprehensive client experiences. Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and retail options through engaging product demos and personalized consultations. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times. Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills, understanding their goals, and providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Experience Valid license as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in Cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments. Skilled in makeup application for various occasions with an eye for detail and creativity. Knowledge of waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing techniques. Familiarity with eyelash extensions, nail care, deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic treatments preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about skincare products and treatments. Experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products is advantageous to support client needs beyond treatments.
