Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse Practitioner We are hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector — either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) — to join our growing clinical team. Full-time preferred and part-time considered. As an Aesthetic Injector at Finesse Med Spa, you'll provide premium injectable and energy-based services in a beautifully designed clinical setting, with an establishing client base. Your scope of services and compensation will be tailored to your license and experience level. Services (within your lawful scope of practice) Neuromodulators (Xeomin, Daxxify, etc.) Dermal fillers (Radiesse, RHA, Versa, Revanesse, Obagi Magiq) Biostimulators (Radiesse), PDO threads, skin boosters, Kybella Microneedling with/without Radiofrequency IV therapy, vitamin injections, peptide therapy GLP-1 / weight management and HRT (APRN role only, prescriptive authority required) Advanced device treatments: such as lasers coming soon Perform PRP/PRF treatments Provide pre- and post-treatment education and manage any adverse reactions appropriately Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Document all treatments and observations thoroughly and promptly in the EMR system 1099 Independent Contractor This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You deliver on-location aesthetic services (listed above) Skincare Retails Sales Selective Virtual Visits You set your own schedule based on clinic availability Commission based compensation based on services provided and skincare sold Medical Director & Collaborative Supervision (if applicable) Business Safety Standards & Clinic Policies/Protocols for full clinical support Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients regarding their treatments and expected outcomes Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure continuity of care Assist with other clinical tasks as needed to support smooth clinic operations What we bring to the table: Finesse Med Spa is dedicated to handling all the business and administrative tasks. Beautifully designed and fully equipped rooms Electronic medical record system and clinical documentation platform All products and supplies needed for patient appointments are provided Payment System for smooth patient checkouts Ongoing mentorship Access to BLS, HIPAA and Bloodborne and Pathogen certification Requirements Active NP or RN license Board certification (if applicable) Full prescriptive authority in your state (if applicable) Medical malpractice insurance coverage Availability to commit 30+ hours per week (full-time) Strong fine motor skills for procedural aesthetic treatments Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical standards Commitment to complete a basic aesthetic training certificate (for example AMET) Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with self-directed work Continuous drive to grow Adaptive and team player Existing patient network or community presence in your area (preferred) Prior experience in aesthetics and wellness services (strongly preferred) Existing portfolio of your work (preferred) Perks As a 1099 contractor, you are not eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
