EXPERIENCED AESTHETIC INJECTOR
— RN or NP Skin Kahala | Luxury Medical Spa | Kahala, Oahu $40-$70/hour + commission | Part-time | Opportunity to grow This is an aesthetic injection position — not a general nursing position. Skin Kahala is looking for an experienced aesthetic injector to join our growing team in our private luxury medical spa in Kahala. We are looking for an RN or NP who already has hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers and has developed the clinical skill, aesthetic eye, and confidence to create beautiful, natural-looking results. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU
IF... You genuinely enjoy the art and science of facial aesthetics. You understand that great injecting isn't about putting filler everywhere or following the latest trend. It's about facial anatomy, proportion, balance, restraint, and knowing when to say no. You are confident evaluating a face, developing a treatment plan, educating patients, and delivering results that look refreshed—not "done." You also understand that exceptional aesthetics is about more than technical skill. Our patients expect a warm, personalized, five-star experience from consultation through follow-up.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Current Hawaii RN or NP license in good standing Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience Strong independent experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Experience performing aesthetic consultations and developing individualized treatment plans Strong understanding of facial anatomy and facial harmony Excellent communication and bedside manner Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
IMPORTANT
Hospital, ER, ICU, OR, or general nursing injection experience does NOT substitute for aesthetic injection experience. We are specifically looking for someone who has actually been injecting aesthetic patients in a med spa, aesthetic practice, plastic surgery practice, dermatology practice, or similar setting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments Perform laser treatments within your scope of training and experience Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations Develop customized treatment plans based on the patient's anatomy, goals, and long-term aesthetic needs Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, aftercare, and maintenance Provide an elevated, personalized patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Follow the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical care Participate in ongoing education, product training, and team development Stay current with advances in aesthetic medicine, injection techniques, and laser technology Collaborate with the Skin Kahala team to continually improve patient experience and practice growth Experience with lasers, medical-grade skincare, regenerative aesthetics, or wellness services is a plus, but our primary requirement is strong aesthetic injection experience.
