The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, perform skincare treatments, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves direct client communication, handling appointments and payments, and maintaining strict sanitation standards. The position offers opportunities for training in laser hair removal techniques and requires a positive, inviting attitude to foster client satisfaction and loyalty. Candidates must be willing to follow HIPAA regulations and sign a non-compete agreement. Technicians gets paid tips and commission along with hourly pay. Responsibilities Perform skincare services including laser hair removal and other esthetic treatments as trained. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling payments and inputting client information and notes accurately. Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area by following proper sanitation protocols, including cleaning up after each session, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing equipment. Provide excellent customer service by creating an inviting and professional atmosphere for clients. Follow all safety standards, including HIPAA regulations, to protect client privacy and confidentiality. Assist with general salon or spa cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Be open to ongoing training for laser technician certification to expand skill set within the practice. Experience Valid esthetician license required. Prior experience in skincare treatments or esthetic services is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and positively. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in a clinical or spa setting. Customer service experience is highly valued, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming environment. Ability to multitask efficiently between client services, administrative duties, and sanitation responsibilities.
