What We're Looking For Current Idaho esthetician license, 2+ years of hands-on experience Confident performing advanced, facial-massage-focused treatments in a high-touch spa Genuinely comfortable recommending products and treatment plans A self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and works independently within established systems Warm, professional, and invested in the client experience Dual license in massage therapy and familiarity with Eminence Organics, IS Clinical, or Skin Moderne are a plus but not required. Part-Time Esthetician A boutique well-aging spa in Boise's North End Soul Ease is a personal spa experience, unhurried, high-touch, and built around results. We help our clients feel confident and cared for in their skin. This is a W-2 employee position for an experienced esthetician seeking a long-term team home with established systems, support, and meaningful opportunities to grow. The Role You'll deliver our premium high-touch facials and advanced treatments, guide clients toward the right plan for their skin, and help them continue their care at home. This is a performance-based role with a long-term goal of maintaining an 80% booking rate through excellent service.
