• Flexible Schedule Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays About Us Idaho Beauty Lounge is a busy esthetic studio located inside Villa Sport in Eagle.

We specialize in eyelash extensions, brows, and advanced skincare. We have a strong flow of clients, walk-ins, and call-ins , making it an ideal place to quickly build your books. We are currently expanding and looking for a motivated Lash Artist or a Lash Artists that's an Esthetician to join our team starting January 1 Position Overview We offer part-time hourly or commission-based positions, with the potential to grow into full-time. All supplies are provided and additional training is available. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting consistent income, a supportive studio environment, and the ability to build clientele quickly. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension services Maintain clean isolation and efficient timing Provide lash fills, lash lifts, tints, and brow services Perform skincare services (training available) Maintain a clean, professional work environment Be punctual, reliable, and client-focused & drama free Requirements Esthetician or Cosmetology license (preferred but not required) MUST know how to do eyelash extensions (main service offered) Ability to complete: Full sets in 2-2.5 hours Fills in 1.5 hours Experience with or willingness to learn: Brow laminations Lash lifts & tints Face Reality acne treatments (certification paid by salon) Microneedling Dermaplaning Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
