Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate certified and licensed Esthetician or Master Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in skincare treatments, facials, waxing and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Licensed Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while promoting a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in various esthetic techniques and product knowledge will enhance the overall experience for our patients. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and product demonstrations. Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skin types and recommending appropriate treatments and products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas in accordance with health and safety standards. Utilize EMR to schedule appointments, manage client records, and track product inventory. Engage in sales of skincare products and services, educating clients on their benefits. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to continuously improve service offerings. Foster a positive relationship with clients through excellent hospitality and guest services. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. Requirements Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations. Must maintain your own license and your own insurance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
