Skin N' Tox Aesthetics in Meridian, Idaho is a premier aesthetics practice committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a welcoming and results-driven environment. We are excited to launch a new Functional Health Program alongside our flagship aesthetics practice, and we are looking for a dual-skilled provider who can move fluidly between both worlds. The ideal candidate brings a passion for holistic health and experience in areas such as hormone therapy, gut health, thyroid optimization, weight management, and peptide therapy. You will receive training and mentorship from leading industry practitioners. As a foundational team member, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to influence and scale a cutting-edge program.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a rare dual-scope position for a licensed provider who is equally passionate about aesthetic injection with a strong interest in functional medicine. You will serve as a cornerstone of our medical team - delivering outstanding aesthetic results while helping launch and grow our functional health program under the direct mentorship of a leader in the industry. We are looking for polished applicants with a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class results to patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Aesthetic Injector
    Patient Care:
    Conduct in-depth patient consultations including medical history review, explanation of risks and benefits, and obtaining signed informed consent for all procedures. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience.
      Treatment Management:
      Administer high-quality cosmetic injections including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities, ensuring overall patient satisfaction and outstanding clinical outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files. Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy. Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety. Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization, and manage inventory.
        Collaboration & Communication:
        Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical representatives, and staff members. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
          Professional Development:
          Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Stay current with evolving techniques, procedures, brand language, and industry developments. Remain open to learning new modalities. Functional Health Provider
            Patient Care:
            Conduct initial consultations, manage ongoing patient interactions, document medical histories and notes, and perform clinical procedures including injections and subcutaneous pellet implantations.
              Treatment Management:
              Develop and modify personalized treatment plans, order and review lab work, assess and address changes in patient health, and prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate.
                Collaboration & Communication:
                Engage regularly with patients through the patient portal, maintain consistent communication with staff, and adapt to evolving clinical protocols.
                  Professional Development:
                  Participate in a required six-month training program provided by the employer to deepen expertise in functional medicine. Shared Responsibilities
                  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative team members to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
                  • Provide exceptional customer service and a seamless patient experience across both service lines
                  • Abide by all applicable state laws and regulatory guidelines
                  REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
                  • RN, NP, or PA licensure in the state of Idaho
                  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience administering cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, etc.)
                  • Proven sales performance with a track record of generating $3K+ per day
                  • Existing patient base preferred
                  • Strong interest or experience in integrative and functional medicine
                  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment
                  • Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
                  • Strong customer service orientation
                  • Proficient with EMR systems; comfortable with PubMed and social media use for educational purposes
                  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care

                  WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS
                  Hours:
