The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. This role requires proficiency in both traditional and advanced esthetic techniques, as well as the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic procedures including Morpheus, Laser Hair, IPL, EMS and Lipomelt Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Provide product demonstrations and retail sales support to enhance client experience and promote products. Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling transactions. Develop and maintain social media presence to promote services and engage with clients. Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences while providing excellent guest services. Stay updated with the latest trends in esthetics, including color theory, makeup application, and new treatment techniques. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a med spa. Morpheus, IPL and Laser hair certifications Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
