Responsibilities Perform a wide range of body waxing, and nail treatments to meet individual client needs. Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using the latest techniques. Educate clients on nail polish choices, ensuring personalized recommendations that suit their style. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Upsell retail products like skincare lines, nail care items, and beauty tools to enhance client results and satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends such as esthetic laser treatments, hair styling techniques, and new nail art innovations to provide cutting-edge services. Requirements Valid license from an accredited program. Proven experience in waxing treatments, nail care. Nail polish application. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or spa setting. Ability to perform detailed work such as body waxing, hair threading. Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products effectively to clients.
