Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments, including: Customized facials HydraFacial treatments Chemical peels Dermaplaning LED light therapy Skin tightening treatments Facial and body waxing Brow and lash services Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products. Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked. Follow all Illinois licensing regulations and infection control standards. Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through follow-up. Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver an outstanding client experience. Participate in ongoing education and training on new products, treatments, and technology. Qualifications Required Current Illinois Esthetician License. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and client-focused. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Experience with HydraFacial. Experience performing chemical peels and dermaplaning. Brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and lash lift certifications. Experience with radiofrequency or skin tightening technologies. Previous experience in a luxury spa or medical spa setting. Sales experience with professional skincare retail.
