Ogden Ave, Unit D Naperville, IL 60563 We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and sales-driven Full-Time Aesthetician to deliver high-quality treatments, build strong client relationships, and grow with our expanding company. Schedule Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation $20 per hour + 10% commission on retail and service sales Monthly performance-based bonuses Clear opportunities for growth and pay increases based on performance Experience & Qualifications Minimum 6-12 months of aesthetic experience preferred MedSpa experience is required Strong knowledge of skincare services and products Experience performing the following treatments is required: Microneedling Chemical Peels HydraFacial Body treatments Laser treatments Sales & Client Engagement (Very Important) Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products and services Ability to educate clients on treatment plans and product benefits Motivated to meet sales goals and increase client retention Willing to upsell when appropriate while maintaining excellent client care Additional Qualities Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for skincare and delivering visible results Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Positive energy and willingness to grow with the brand What We Offer Supportive and positive work environment Competitive hourly pay plus high commission potential Ongoing growth opportunities within a growing beauty brand Please answer all application questions when applying.
