Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician Join a Growing Medspa Team

Suburban Healthcare Medspa is seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician to help grow our expanding aesthetic and wellness practice in the Plainfield/Naperville area. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and building long-term client relationships while helping expand our esthetic services and social media presence. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic and laser treatments with professionalism and excellent patient care Conduct consultations and recommend customized treatment plans Operate and assist with laser devices including: Alma Soprano ClearLift Emsculpt Neo Perform treatments such as: Laser hair removal Skin tightening Facial rejuvenation Microneedling Chemical peels Body contouring Educate patients on skincare and post-treatment care Assist in growing the esthetic side of the practice through patient retention and referrals Create and participate in social media marketing content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Maintain treatment rooms, documentation, and safety standards Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred Experience with Alma laser platforms strongly preferred Knowledge of aesthetic consultations and treatment planning Strong communication and customer service skills Social media marketing experience is a plus Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented Illinois aesthetician, laser technician or cosmetology license required Laser certification What We Offer Competitive compensation Performance incentives/bonus opportunities Supportive and growing practice environment Opportunity to help build and expand the esthetic practice Flexible schedule options Training opportunities with advanced aesthetic technologies To Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience in aesthetics, laser treatments, and social media marketing.
