Indiana Medical Center is looking for a friendly, reliable, and sales-minded Licensed Esthetician to join our growing aesthetic practice. Our ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, detail-oriented, and confident educating clients about treatment plans, skincare products, packages, and additional services. Role As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide high-quality skincare and aesthetic treatments while helping clients understand the services and products that will best support their goals. You will be responsible for delivering safe, consistent treatments, maintaining clean and organized treatment spaces, educating clients, supporting rebooking and retention, and contributing to the overall growth of the practice. This role also supports front desk and clinic operations as needed to ensure every client has a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Perform skincare and aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, microneedling, laser hair removal, body sculpting treatments, and other approved services within your license and training. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand concerns, goals, medical history, and treatment expectations. Create personalized treatment recommendations and educate clients on appropriate services, packages, skincare products, and home-care routines. Explain treatment preparation, post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and recommended follow-up schedules. Rebook clients before they leave and encourage consistent treatment plans to support long-term results. Recommend and sell retail skincare products, treatment packages, memberships, and appropriate add-on services. Maintain complete and accurate client records, treatment notes, consent forms, and before-and-after photos when applicable. Follow all safety, sanitation, infection-control, and treatment protocols. Maintain clean, organized, stocked, and treatment-ready rooms throughout each shift. Greet clients warmly and provide a friendly, professional, and hospitable experience. Support front desk responsibilities when needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and assisting with client check-in and checkout. Help manage treatment supplies and communicate inventory needs before products or supplies run low. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, sales coaching, and professional development. Work collaboratively with providers, leadership, and front desk team members to support practice goals and an exceptional client experience. Requirements Active Esthetician License in the State of Indiana is required. At least one year of esthetics, skincare, spa, or clinical experience is preferred. Experience with microneedling, laser hair removal, advanced facials, or body sculpting is highly preferred. Comfortable recommending services, skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages. Comfortable learning new technology and scheduling software. Experience with Boulevard or medical-spa scheduling platforms is a plus. Availability for weekends is required. Results (Key Performance Indicators) Performance will be measured by the quality of the client experience, treatment results, productivity, sales, retention, and teamwork.
Client rebooking rate:

Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
