In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic procedures, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote a welcoming environment that fosters confidence and satisfaction. Your passion for beauty and wellness will inspire clients to look and feel their best every day. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to enhance clients' appearance and well-being Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines tailored to their individual needs Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions thoroughly, and creating personalized treatment plans Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and accessories to support ongoing client results Support the clinic's operations through accurate record-keeping of treatments performed and client preferences Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling, client flow, and overall clinic efficiency Skills Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment Background in cosmetology or related certification with a focus on skincare therapies Ability to clearly explain treatment procedures and product benefits to clients Demonstrated retail sales skills with a focus on skincare products and accessories This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in medical aesthetics within a vibrant environment that values innovation, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
