ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Half Moon Brow Studio is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team at our College Avenue studio in downtown Indianapolis! This is an exciting opportunity for an esthetician who is looking to build their skills and clientele while working alongside a collaborative team of experienced beauty professionals in an established studio environment. Previous experience is preferred, but we are also excited to meet motivated estheticians who are eager to learn and grow. The right candidate must be willing to receive training in additional Half Moon services as needed.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will be based primarily out of our College Avenue studio in downtown Indianapolis . This role is designed for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative studio team. Our providers work alongside one another to create an exceptional client experience while supporting each other's professional growth and success. The successful candidate will have ownership over their weekly schedule while maintaining a minimum of 30 bookable hours per week and meeting the scheduling needs of the studio.

Minimum of 30 bookable hours per week Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays Sunday availability is strongly preferred Opportunity for flexibility and ownership over the remainder of their schedule

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide exceptional, personalized esthetic services to Half Moon clients, including services currently within your scope of training and additional services learned through Half Moon's training program.

Services may include:

Lash extensions Lash lifts and tints Brow laminations Brow shaping, waxing, threading, and tinting Facial and skincare services Body waxing Additional services offered by Half Moon Brow Studio Previous experience in lash extensions, brow laminations, and lash lifts and tints is preferred but not required. Training may be provided for the right candidate. Additional training opportunities may also include Permanent Makeup (PMU), where applicable and appropriate to the provider's role and training path. In addition to providing excellent services, our estheticians are expected to: Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional client experience Build lasting relationships with clients Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Maintain appropriate client notes and records Participate in ongoing training and professional development Recommend appropriate retail and skincare products when beneficial to clients Work collaboratively with fellow providers and studio staff Contribute positively to our supportive studio environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate is: A currently licensed Indiana Esthetician Previous professional esthetics experience preferred Willing and excited to continue developing new skills Willing to receive training in additional services, including lash extensions, brow laminations, and lash lifts and tints Open to additional PMU training opportunities where appropriate to their role and career path Comfortable providing or learning a wide range of esthetic services Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Interested in building and maintaining a loyal clientele Collaborative and supportive of fellow team members Committed to continuing education and professional growth

Starting commission:

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
