We have a strong presence in the community and our clients are very supportive with referrals. The perfect downtown location, amazing support staff and clientele are waiting to make your career a success. The management at Therapeutic Indulgence encourages individualism within parameters of also being an employee. No uniforms, no script, for how to give a service with in reason; we ask all employees to bring their personal touch and experience to their practice. New estheticians are encouraged to apply, as we have a very established clientele base always looking to get in, and we have other estheticians with years of experience that can serve as your mentor! Upon employment, service providers are compensated by all services they perform with no credit card fees. All job relate equipment and products are provided. You will be able to design your working hours, we simply ask that you provide us with 30 hours a week if you are a full-time employee, or a Minimum of 10 hours a week for Part-time. The first 90 days you will be marketed across our social media platforms to help fill your schedule and help you find your niche within the industry. We offer our full-time employees continuing education payment assistance programs to help further their knowledge and increase their service repertoire. Our customer service representatives handle all scheduling, and checking out of clients. They also help keep our facility clean and keep up on all the laundry so you don't have to.
