Job Description
Select Health of Bowling Green is a premier, patient-focused wellness and aesthetic clinic offering advanced skincare, medical aesthetics, IV hydration, hormone optimization, and weight loss services—all in a welcoming, spa-like environment. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best through personalized, results-driven care. Position Overview We are seeking a Kentucky licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, client relationships, and delivering exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Services You'll Perform Customized facials (Signature, Serenity, and advanced treatments) HydraFacial treatments (Go & Glow, Deluxe, Platinum) Obagi Skintrinsiq facial treatments Dermaplaning Chemical peels Facial waxing (brows, lip, chin, etc.) Lash lift and tint services SkinPen microneedling Pre- and post-care for laser services (including Scarlet RF Microneedling device and NouvaDerm laser system) Skincare consultations and product recommendations On-site and occasional off-site special occasion makeup application (weddings, events, photoshoots) What We're Looking For Active Kentucky Aesthetician License (Required) Must have experience with lash, lift, and tint, dermaplaning, facials, etc. Experience in medical spa or advanced aesthetics Experience with waxing, lash lift/tint services, and makeup application preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for skincare, beauty, and continued education Ability to build and retain a loyal client base Confidence in retail sales and treatment recommendations We're especially looking for someone who: Loves engaging on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Is comfortable creating content (before/after photos, videos, education, promotions) Has a go-getter mentality and takes initiative Wants to build and grow their own aesthetic clientele and personal brand Is motivated by performance, growth, and income potential Brings positive energy and thrives in a team environment Compensation & Perks Hourly base pay + commission structure Tiered bonus system based on performance Tips paid through payroll when clients do not use cash or your personal Venmo.
