Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Licensed Esthetician to deliver top-notch skincare services in a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the latest skincare treatments, passionate about helping clients feel their best, and dedicated to providing personalized care and service.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, peels, waxing, dermaplane ,microdermabrasion, lash lift & tint and more. Provide expert advice and personalized skincare recommendations based on client needs and goals. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in accordance with state regulations and spa standards. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with cutting-edge treatments. Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Ensure a positive and relaxing experience for each client, delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a supportive and professional work environment. Adhere to all state, health, and safety regulations and spa policies.
Qualifications:
Current KY Esthetician License is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and appearance. Detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
