About the Role We're looking for an experienced Esthetician, Medical Assistant, or Laser Technician with at least two years of laser experience who wants to continue growing in the aesthetic industry. This person loves connecting with people, enjoys educating clients, embraces new technology, and is excited to help build an exceptional client experience. This is someone who isn't afraid to step in, learn something new, contribute ideas, and help us continue elevating the LiVi brand. What You'll Do Perform advanced laser treatments, including: Laser Hair Reduction Pigmented Lesion Treatments Facial & Leg Vein Treatments Skin Rejuvenation & Resurfacing Procedures Perform thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans. Educate clients on realistic expectations, treatment plans, skin health, and home care. Recommend professional skincare based on education and client needs. Create an elevated client experience from consultation through follow-up. Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records. Maintain a beautiful, organized, and safe treatment environment. Collaborate with teammates to continually improve the client experience. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Assist with creating educational social media content that reflects our brand and expertise. We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
