Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable products and treatments based on individual client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty accessories that meet client need. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license recognized by state of Massachusetts. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and provide outstanding customer service Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters client loyalty Willingness to learn new techniques such as product demos and advanced skincare treatments
