In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, pampered, and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused setting while contributing to a thriving beauty community. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, scalp massage, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and waxing procedures with precision and care. Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns. Utilize salon software such as Boulevard to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment plans efficiently. Assist clients with retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty tools that align with their needs. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing equipment following health regulations. Stay current with industry trends and emerging skincare technologies to deliver innovative services. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician MA license as required by state law. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
