As a Certified Injector with advanced esthetic expertise, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' natural beauty through personalized skincare treatments and injectable procedures. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, promote our services confidently, and contribute to the growth of our brand by providing top-tier cosmetic and skincare solutions. Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments such as pressurized non-invasive lip fillers, dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) injections with precision, safety, and professionalism. Conduct comprehensive skin assessments to recommend suitable treatments, including dermabrasion, laser therapy, and facial rejuvenation procedures. Deliver a variety of esthetic services including eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, pressurized non-invasive lip filler, makeup application, and nail care to meet client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits while upselling appropriate retail products to enhance results. Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up. Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to foster loyalty and promote new treatments or promotions. Assist with product demos, marketing initiatives, and social media content creation to boost brand awareness. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating excellent communication skills and hospitality. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in injectable procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers). Proven experience in med spa or cosmetic dermatology settings with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers. Strong management skills with familiarity in salon or clinic management software such as Millennium or
