Full-Time Aesthetician - Rockville, MD Join our growing team at LUMA Esthetics, an established spa and cosmetic store with a strong existing client base and a fully booked calendar.

Ogden Ave, Unit D Naperville, IL 60563 We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and sales-driven Full-Time Aesthetician who is confident in providing advanced treatments, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to a high-performing spa environment. Schedule Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation $30 per hour + 3% commission on your own sales + tips Additional monthly performance-based bonuses available. We are an established spa with current clients and a fully booked schedule, giving the right candidate immediate earning potential and steady clientele from the start. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 6-12 months of aesthetic experience preferred MedSpa experience is required Strong knowledge of skincare services and products Experience performing the following treatments is required: Microneedling Chemical Peels HydraFacial Body treatments Laser treatments Sales & Client Engagement (Very Important) Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products and services Ability to educate clients on treatment plans and product benefits Motivated to meet sales goals and increase client retention Willing to upsell when appropriate while maintaining excellent client care Additional Qualities Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for skincare and delivering visible results Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Positive energy and willingness to grow with the brand What We Offer Established spa with loyal clientele and strong booking volume Supportive and positive work environment Competitive compensation with commission and tip opportunities Long-term growth opportunities within a growing beauty brand Please answer all application questions when applying.
