WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver exceptional customized facial treatments Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses Educate clients on home care and treatment plans Recommend retail products confidently and ethically Build long-term client relationships and encourage rebooking Collaborate with teammates to create a luxury guest experience Maintain treatment room cleanliness and presentation standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development Contribute positively to team culture and spa performance
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SERVICES
Minimum 3 years of professional esthetics experience Customized facials Dermaplaning Chemical peels Jelly masks Face and body waxing (strong waxing skills preferred) Retail sales confidence and product recommendations Geneo certified or willing to become certified Microcurrent experience preferred

COMPENSATION
Compensation includes a combination of hourly pay, service commissions, retail commissions, performance incentives, career growth opportunities, advanced training, and leadership opportunities for the right individual. ⭐
