Job Description

Experienced Licensed Esthetician (Advanced Treatments) Skin Bar VII | Detroit, MI Skin Bar VII is seeking a high-performing, experienced Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, confident in delivering advanced treatments, and driven to grow within a luxury, client-focused environment. Current Clientele a PLUS This is not a basic esthetician role. We are looking for someone who understands how to deliver real results, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through exceptional service, retail, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality, results-driven facial services customized to each client Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines, services, and product recommendations Drive revenue through retail sales, service upgrades, and memberships Maintain strong client retention through rebooking and follow-up Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professional treatment room standards Stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends Support spa promotions, events, and overall team goals Deliver a luxury-level client experience aligned with Skin Bar VII standards
Required Experience:
Candidates must have hands-on experience performing the following services:
HydraFacial VI Peel Chemical Peels Dermaplane Facials Galvanic Facials Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician (State of Michigan required) Minimum 1-2 years experience preferred Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and ingredients Proven ability to sell retail and recommend treatment plans Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Pay:
$20.00 - $33.39 per hour
