The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience , a strong background in advanced aesthetic treatments, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care and results. As part of our clinical team, you will perform a wide range of medical-grade aesthetic treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, CO2 Laser, HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, Microneedling, and Body Contouring Deliver personalized, results-driven treatments with a luxury client experience Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and medical spa regulations Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained Assist with retail skincare sales , product recommendations, and treatment upgrades Demonstrate strong sales skills with proven client retention and rebooking rates Build long-term relationships with clients and support practice growth Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician & Laser Technician Strong knowledge of medical-grade treatments and skincare Proven sales ability and client retention success Professional, confident, and polished communication skills Team-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and continuous learning Compensation & Benefits ✔ Commissions & bonuses ✔ Paid Time Off (PTO) ✔ Paid Holidays ✔ 401(k) Retirement Plan ✔ Employee discounts on treatments and skincare ✔ Supportive, professional, surgeon-led environment
